2 Memory extracted from your documents
You can add to IGOOR's knowledge base documents that contain significant information about your life.
IGOOR supports the following formats:
- PDF (extension .pdf)
- Text (extension .txt)
- Markdown (extension .md)
Other formats may be added in future versions.

At the start, apart from the required information such as your first name, health status, etc., IGOOR has no information about you: therefore it is difficult for IGOOR to understand friendships, family relationships and many other details about you.
We can help you create a document filled with this kind of meaningful information through a web form that you can fill either with your voice (automatically transcribed) or using the keyboard.

Integrating new documents
Go to Extensions > Knowledge Base and click the settings icon of the Knowledge Base extension:

You will see a list of currently uploaded documents on the left; on the right, an area where you can drag‑and‑drop your documents for integration. You can drop multiple documents at once. With the "BROWSE FILES" button, you can choose files from a Windows file picker to add to the database.

As soon as you drop documents, the application starts the integration. Integration time will increase with the number and length of the documents.
Favorite documents
By clicking the star icon next to the red button, you can force IGOOR to always send that specific document, every time the AI is invoked. The advantage is that the information will certainly be inserted into the context; the disadvantage is that, as the number of documents grows, more tokens are consumed by the AI. With a large number of calls per day, this can make a difference.
TIP: If your document contains essential information, add it to your favorites.
IGOOR's search system will do its best to “understand” the information in your documents and incorporate it into AI calls (only) when needed.
For favorite documents, it is recommended to use frequent repetitions of the subject in your texts to avoid attribution problems, for example:
"Pierre is Jean‑Marc's stepson. Jean‑Marc's wife is named Julie. Julie and Jean‑Marc live in Nancy."
To test that IGOOR properly takes your predictions into account, you can, for example, use autocomplete. In the above example, typing:
Jean‑Marc lives...
The predictions should include something like “ in Nancy with Julie”.
Deleting a document
By clicking the red button, you can delete a document. IGOOR will ask you to confirm.
