1 Getting started

Mandatory settings

The first time you open IGOOR, the user's Biography page opens automatically:

Onboarding

The mandatory fields are the first name, the health state, and the AI provider key (see 2 - Quick configuration).

Health state

The health state is a crucial field because it systematically constrains the predictions provided by the AI based on the user's physical capacities.

Here is an example:

Julie lives with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) which has led to a progressive loss of her motor autonomy. She today presents a significant loss of mobility in the lower limbs, which requires the permanent use of an electric wheelchair for all her movements. Her upper limbs are also affected, limiting her strength and precision in everyday gestures. She experiences rapid muscle fatigue and needs assistance for transfers and for certain activities of daily living.

Julie benefits from regular multidisciplinary support, including a physiotherapist (one session per week), a sophrologist, a psychiatric nurse, and an osteopath, who together form an essential support network.

TIP: If the user's health state and physical capacities change significantly, it is a good idea to manually update the health state, even if IGOOR's memory may already contain this information.
